    Fund a Youth Apprentice’s journey in regenerative farming—providing paid training, mentorship, and workforce skills.

    Every summer, Building Eden Farms runs a paid Youth Apprenticeship Program that employs 2–3 local young people to learn regenerative farming, community leadership, and land stewardship. Apprentices participate in hands-on farm work, mentorship, and workshops designed to cultivate the next generation of urban farmers. We provide fair, competitive wages that honor the physical labor and commitment required to work the land. Your support helps sustain this vital training program and ensures local youth gain meaningful skills, ecological awareness, and leadership experience that strengthen both their futures and the wider community.n text goes here
